My story
I live and breathe kitesurfing as a water sport with passion! An experience on the water with like-minded people is the best thing for me, and respectful interaction with other kitesurfers and nature is a given. However, it didn't remain a hobby. About three years ago, I began competing in the Formula Kitefoil discipline. With discipline, hard work, and sacrifice, I pursued my path to the international elite. Through rigorous training, I was able to improve steadily and rapidly, which ultimately reflected in my results.
I discovered kitesurfing through my then-boyfriend (now husband), Jonas Lengwiler. A double love story, so to speak. Since 2018, I've been drawn to the water at every sign of wind to further develop my kitesurfing skills. We moved to Lake Walen, which attracted us with its good wind conditions, and we've since found our happy place here. This led me to leave ice hockey behind. During my first 20 years as an ice hockey player, I was able to gain a lot of valuable experience that proved very helpful in my professional career as a Formula Kite athlete.
My goal is to establish myself among the international elite of Formula Kite in the coming years and continue to achieve podium finishes. So that I can win a medal for Switzerland at the next Olympic Games in Los Angeles in 2028. I would like to thank all the supporters, sponsors, partners, and interested parties who have followed my path and supported me and my success.
