The World Championships 2025 ended a week ago in Cagliari Italy. It what an intense week with tricky wind conditions but overall it was an amazing feeling to be back after the long break. I'm happy finishing 6th in the World, but most happy I am about the new team setup and being able to look into the new campaign leading up to LA28 with confidence. Now I have bit of a break at home enjoying autumn at it fullest before we head into the next training block 🚀💃

The World Championships 2025 ended a week ago in Cagliari Italy. It what an intense week with tricky wind conditions but overall it was an amazing feeling to be back after the long break. I'm happy finishing 6th in the World, but most happy I am about the new team setup and being able to look into the new campaign leading up to LA28 with confidence. Healing takes time 🦿

After a long and continous healing process I am slowly back on track and looking forward to start the on water training soon.

The good part about the healing process was spending spring at home 🤩 I fell in love again with kitefoiling in sweet water and just having fun on the water. What a privilege to do this sport.

Healing takes time 🦿

A weekend racing among friends and having fun 💃🤙🚀

Wow 💫 Paris2024 Olympic Games
I don't really know what to say and I struggled to summarize the experience of taking part in the biggest sport event in just a few words.

On one hand it feels like the competition hasn't properly started due to the lack of wind. In tricky light wind conditions we could race only 6 (or 5 🫣) races out of the planned 16 races. But this is sailing, the most important thing we need is the wind which is not controllable.
Nevertheless winning 2 races out of the 6 and being ranked in the top 3 until this last race/swim I think showed my potential. I gave it my all, but for this time I was a bit unlucky too many times. Ending the regatta on 6th place doesn't really matches what I could have reached. But I accept it and I am proud of my performance during each situation in this event.

On the other hand the Olympic Games were just HUGE and amazing. Showing the world kitefoil racing thanks to the amazing effort of @kiteclasses was incredible. I am very thankful for all the amazing support I get from so many people! Without this support my performance would not be possible - thank you team 🇨🇭

In the end I am proud to have an Olympic Diploma! Who would have thought so two years ago. And even more I would be happy to have inspired many young boys and especially girls in Switzerland to try the coolest sport ever ⛵️

The week has started a bit complicated with being sick but I managed to get back to the top with some solid results. I'm really happy with the final result and more important with the valuable learnings, the good team work and the process.
